MY-POD offer modular and transportable homes in two service levels.
Finished and connection-ready modular home, delivered and installed at your property, OR our turnkey service, which includes construction permits, administration of, and infrastructure for connection of electricity and water meters, site preparation, construction of foundation columns, drainage installation, septic tank, and in-ground connection of water and electricity supplies to the completed home or office.
Pricing is shown for each of the two service levels. Delivery only prices are quotations and turnkey prices are estimated, subject to survey.
All prices are inclusive of sales tax. In some instances, we may decline turnkey service, for smaller projects in remote locations.
Standard, included, fittings and finishes checklist, is detailed below the models section. All models designs are reversible.

Barcelona
Designed with versatility for year-round tiny-home living, or as self-contained guest suites, the 'Barcelona' offers a total of 34 square meters living area and offers 1/1 with a full kitchen.

Madrid
The largest of the My-Pod accommodation range, 'Madrid' is factory built in two halves with some final assembly at the property. Therefore it is only offered as a turnkey solution.
With 64 square meters of highly efficiently designed space, the 'Madrid' makes for a very well appointed 2/1 vacation home, year-round family compact living, or an excellent choice for the medium to long term rental market.

Turnkey Service Inclusions

✅ Construction of structural, reinforced concrete pier foundations, as per requirement to model.
✅ Installation by crane and on-site welding of modular home to structural pier foundations.
✅ In-ground routing of electricity cables, internet cable conduit and water supply lines, with final connections to metering and finished modular home completed.
✅ Installation of in-ground septic tank, leach-field and drainage, with final connection to modular home completed.
❌ Turnkey pricing is accurately estimated for most regular installations and locations.
Firm quotations for turnkey installations are subject to survey.
Pre-contract survey cost varies from $500-$1500.
This cost includes making the necessary inquiries and compiling a document file for permitting.
